Local to Derby with a National-Level Skillset

Born and raised in Chaddesden, Derby, Kash has always had strong ties to the local community. With a deep-rooted interest in health, movement, and recovery, it was only natural that they pursued a career in physiotherapy. After completing a BSc in Physiotherapy at Leeds Beckett University, Kash began building what is now more than a decade of hands-on experience helping patients regain strength and confidence.
NHS Experience: Building Clinical Expertise​

Kash (BSC, HCPC, mCSP) began their career within the NHS, rotating across key specialities to develop a broad and well-rounded understanding of patient care. From orthopaedics and post-operative rehabilitation to neurological conditions and elderly care, this early experience provided a solid foundation in both acute and long-term recovery pathways.

After specialising in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy, Kash progressed to become a Senior Physiotherapist, with responsibilities including:

Collaborative care with doctors, surgeons, and other allied health professionals​

One of Kash’s most notable NHS roles was serving as the Hydrotherapy Lead at Royal Derby Hospital, where they developed and led water-based therapy programmes that played a vital role in rehabilitating patients post-surgery or injury. This experience honed Kash’s understanding of alternative therapeutic environments, movement restoration, and holistic care.
